This response form is for any types of vandalism, violence or bullying that you experience throughout your school or town. Do not worry, your responses are confidential and will not be shown to anyone. They will be kept private. Please do not take advantage of this system. Someone else could be affected by innappropriate responses. Please do not hesitate to fill out this form if you or a friend is in trouble and do not answer any questions you feel uncomfortable answering.
